Gusa Fell Into the Disgrace of Basescu

While PD is at the end of a victorious campaign in Bucharest, Cluj, Oradea, Alba, Brasov etc. the leader of this campaign at national level, Cozmin Gusa (photo), is on its way to leave the party. On Sunday night, while the TV channel where announcing the result of the elections, more authorized sources from the head of PD were saying that that Gusa will be taken out of the party, the cause being his behavior during the campaign. A warning in the Traian Basescu way, the PD leader, waits for the elections to be over to judge the ex-PSD member.

He attacked his colleagues

Gusa is accused of the fact that during the campaign he only wanted to make a lobby for himself, instead of having the same interests as his party. For example, in the campaign, the chief of the PD staff organized a show in the centre of Bucharest which promoted Initiativa 2003, an association he built, or the fact that he ordered media articles in which he took all the credits for being congratulated by Dick Morris for the PD victory. Or better said, Basescu’s victory. And he didn’t take this well at all. The worse fact that Gusa is being accused of is that he paid for articles in the central media in which PD members were being defamed, one of them being the article in which Anca Boagiu and Traian were supposed to be in love, and then abandoned by the PD leader in the favor of younger Lavinia Sandru.

Then, PD leaders in the country, like Radu Berceanu, stated that they have barely seen him during the campaign the only times when this happened being the ones in which he wanted to organize a press conference. "He played the role of an anesthesiologist. I didn’t feel anything from him. He once passed through here and said he wanted to organize a press conference. I told himl: "First you must come with me at Urzicuta, and see what’s it like." After that he held his press conference in which he told us about the anti-Iliescu show in Bucharest.", stated for us yesterday Berceanu.

Until the closing of this edition our attempts to contact Traian Basescu failed. What is for sure is the fact on Thursday night, in Cluj, when he came to sustain Emil Boc, Basescu wasn’t at all pleased to see "Cozmin". What brings around, mister Gusa?" he asked.
